	Emperor Louis rewards the two tailors who designed his special clothes for his birthday not realizing that they were swindlers. Only one child in his entire kingdom is outrageous enough to tell the Emperor the embarassing truth about his clothes, that he is parading in just his underwear. The Emperor catches the swindlers and continues with the celebrations.
